How to Raise a Complaint:

3. Product Submission: After reviewing the video, our team will provide the official address to which the product should be sent for repair or replacement.

Warranty Conditions:

• The warranty is valid only if the product has no physical damage or cut wires.
• The product must be returned in its original box along with the invoice.
• Customers are responsible for paying courier charges for both sending the product to us and receiving it back.
